2-Day Safari Fly in and out from Zanzibar

A driver will pick you up from your hotel in Zanzibar at 5:00 a.m., depending on your location. You will then head to the airport for a flight to Arusha, which is expected to land around 9:15 a.m. Once you arrive at Arusha Airport, a guide will be there to welcome you. During this tour from Arusha, you will commence a 2-hour drive to Tarangire National Park, famous for its expansive elephant herds and ancient baobab trees, among the largest on the continent. You will journey in an open-roof vehicle and immerse yourself in the park's diverse landscape, including seasonal swamps, sweeping savannah, and the lively Tarangire River, home to a rich variety of wildlife. The park offers a captivating variety of wildlife, including birds, giraffes, impalas, zebras, lions, leopards, elands, warthogs, and elephants. After having an early breakfast, you will set off for the Ngorongoro Crater to look for the black rhino, which is considered one of the most difficult animals to spot. Once inside the breathtaking crater, you will witness Africa's version of "Noah's Ark," featuring a diverse range of wildlife, including elephants, hyenas, big cats, rhinos, and many more. During the afternoon, you will stop by the hippo lake for lunch. Then, you'll go on another game drive as they ascend back to the crater rim. Afterward, you will return to the lodge, check out, and drive to Kilimanjaro Airport to catch your evening flight to Zanzibar.
