Lake Manyara Wildlife Lodge

Set on the lip of the Rift Valley escarpment, this lodge looks straight down over Lake Manyara and the flamingos that give it a pink tinge from a distance. Its 100 rooms each open onto a private veranda with the same view, finished in African style with mosquito netting and en suite bathrooms. The pool shares the escarpment setting, making it one of the more dramatic vantage points over the park, with a restaurant and bar rounding out a straightforward, well positioned base for game drives below.
