Mara River Post

Mara River Post is a luxury tented camp in the northern Serengeti, featuring 16 en-suite tents overlooking the Mara River — the legendary crossing point of the Great Migration. The camp is positioned on a hillside with spectacular views over the Serengeti plains. Large canvas tents feature king or twin beds with white linen bedding, dressing room alcoves with en-suite bathrooms including vanity sinks, flush toilets, indoor and outdoor showers with hot and cold water, mosquito nets, solar energy, coffee-making facilities, and complimentary bottled water. Private sundecks and verandas overlook the migration crossing point. A swimming pool and spa provide relaxation after game drives. Comfortable dining and bar tents are positioned on each side of the hill, each catering to eight tents. The open restaurant tent and terraces offer dining with endless vistas. The camp's prime location makes it ideal for witnessing the dramatic Mara River crossings from June to October.
