Moloni

Tucked within African Environments' green office compound on Mawalla Road in Olasiti, Arusha, Moloni is a small garden retreat built for private dining and day-room or overnight stopovers rather than a full lodge stay. It suits guests breaking a journey in Arusha, arriving late or departing early, or simply wanting a relaxed meal and hot shower between safari legs. Moloni serves fresh, locally sourced breakfasts, lunches and dinners built around Tanzanian flavors, taken at shaded garden tables, under the dining tent, or off the outdoor BBQ grill. Cushioned garden sofas and armchairs are set out on the lawn beneath mature trees, and a dedicated shower block provides hot showers. A handful of semi-permanent tents are available for a restful overnight stay or a refreshing day-room rest. As a boutique stopover rather than a multi-night destination, Moloni is best used for a single night, a day room, or a private meal, bookended by African Environments' camps and climbs elsewhere in Tanzania.
