Virunga Lodge

Virunga Lodge is one of Africa's most loved lodges, positioned on a ridge with dramatic views of the Virunga Volcanoes, Musanze valley, and Lakes Bulera and Ruhondo. Built by founder Praveen Moman in 2004, the lodge defined Rwanda's Afro-chic aesthetic through hand-made design elements and was the first accommodation choice for tracking the endangered mountain gorilla.
